The NYPD is looking for the public’s help finding a man who tried to sexually assault a woman in Flushing last month.
A 24-year-old woman was walking on 43rd Avenue around 2:40 a.m. on Dec. 20 when she was grabbed and dragged to the ground. The suspect put his hands over her mouth and tried to rape her, but the woman was able to fight off her attacker and flee. The man is identified as Hispanic, 5-foot-5, 130 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and pocked skin. He was wearing black sneakers, a brown jacket and black backpack during the attack.
