Police have identified Kenneth Wiley, 33, as the man who has allegedly been seen masturbating under a hooded sweatshirt in front of female subway passengers.
Authorities are looking for a man accused of masturbating in front of four women and exposing himself to another on different subway trains during the last seven weeks.
Police have identified Kenneth Wiley, 33, as the man who has allegedly been seen masturbating under a hooded sweatshirt in front of female subway passengers on several occasions starting on Monday, March 28.
In that first incident, a 27-year-old woman reported seeing a man masturbate under his clothing around 1 a.m. after he asked her if the F train they were on was an express train, authorities stated. He exited at the West 47thStreet stop.
This was followed by similar reports from women of a man masturbating under a hooded sweatshirt on the 1, E and N trains on April 1, April 29 and April 30, police added. On most occasions, victims said that the suspect asked them a question beforehand.
In a separate incident on April 29, a woman reported to police that the suspect exposed himself to her as he exited an E train at Canal Street.
Wiley was described by police as approximately 6 feet tall and 195 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and the word "Browns" tattooed on one hand and "Brooklyn" on his arm.
