A teen was killed in Queens in an overnight hit-and-run that remains under investigation.
Shortly after midnight on Wednesday morning, NYPD officers arrived at the intersection of Francis Lewis Boulevard and Sunrise Highway in Queens after receiving reports of a struck pedestrian, police stated. Authorities have reported that an investigation revealed that a dark-colored van traveling east on Sunrise Highway hit the girl as she was walking in the crosswalk.
