PHOTOS: New York City enjoys Winter Storm Jonas

New York City expereienced their second-biggest snowstorm in the city’s history – with 26.8 inches of snow recorded at Central Park.

Despite the blizzard conditions throughout the city, New Yorkers took to empty city streets and snow packed parks to have fun.
