Normally, Physique 57's barre classes cost $36 per class, but next week you can attend one that's 100 percent free. The fitness studio is partnering with the New York City Ballet and the Central Park Conservancy in celebration of International Dance Day.
The event will be split into three 30 minute segments. The first 30 minutes will be a question and answer session about how dancers use barre classes to keep their bodies strong and ways barre classes are a great workout of people of all ages. General fitness questions can be asked as well.
