Police made a long-awaited arrest in connection with an August shooting in the Upper West Side that left a 48-year-old man dead after being shot in the torso.

In September, the NYPD announced that victim Todd Wilson was murdered by 29-year-old Bryan Rogers, who was said to frequent the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area.

On Tuesday morning, NYPD detectives captured and returned returned Rogers from Virginia to New York City, where he was promptly charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 1st Degree Assault and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
