Michael Solomonov is known for two things: Israeli food and fried treats. He’s already brought his hummuseria Dizengoff to Chelsea Market, and now his beloved Federal Donuts is popping up for one day only.

Grubstreet has the heads up about the pop-up at Chefs Club by Food & Wine, which will host the Federal Donuts teamon Friday, Sept. 9. Service begins with made-to-order doughnuts ($2-$3) from 7-11 a.m. in flavors like Strawberry Lavender and Marshmallow Marshmallow, which is probably nutritionally on par with that bowl of cereal you usually call breakfast.
