For one day only, March 21, get toGaby Brasserie Françaiseinside the Sofitel hotel, where the private dining room is being turned into a pop-up boulangerie, which is French for Gluten Wonderland —15 different kinds of French bread and pastries will be sold for just $1 each from11 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

All those carbs are going to a good cause, too. Proceeds from the sales of baguettes, choux and croissants will benefit the Bowery Mission, which has been providing meals, shelter, clothing and other assistance to homeless New Yorkers since 1879.
