Now that we’re into the gorgeous phase of spring, stay outside for happy hour at the High Line-adjacentStandard Biergarten, which returns to its summer hours beginning today. The German-stylebeer hallhas revamped its menu that, as a sign of our increasingly veggie-focused times, now has two vegetarian options. The processed meat fest adds a red cabbage salad with walnuts and apples, as well as root vegetables with bleu cheese. Carnivores weren’t left out, either — there’s a new grilled cheese and ham sandwich with spicy remoulade.
