Several snow-covered vehicles had their windows marked with swastikas in Borough Park, Brooklyn, on Thursday, according to reports.
One of the Nazi symbols was drawn backward. The marks were found on the rear windshields of at least three vehicles, including two cars parkedon 43rd Street, between 13th and 14th avenues, the Yiddish News reported.
City Councilman David Greenfield, who represents the neighborhood, tweeted that he is "Truly disgusted that on snow day some would try & strike fear in heart of Jewish NYC. Snow swastikas this morning in Boro Park."

In November, a swastika was found spray painted on the sidewalk in Crown Heights.
A few days later, a swastika and hate graffiti appeared in a playground at Adam Yuach Park in Brooklyn Heights, which prompted a protest that included Beastie Boys member Adam Horovitz and the actor Ben Stiller.
