RELATED:Rich men dating app lets singles get away together Justice Michael Obus of State Supreme Court in Manhattan did not grant Shaina Foster “youthful offender” status (which would have lessened her sentence), citing the seriousness of the crime. “This is a case in which far worse results could have happened if the victim had not been rescued,” Justice Obus said before sentencing a silent Shaina Foster.
