A teenager died late Thursday after he was found shot three times in Crown Heights police said.
Jaquay Bennett, 19, was shot twice in the torso and one in the leg.
Authorities said he was shot at around 5:30 p.m. steps away from his apartment building on St. Mark’s Avenue before he could manage to call police on his own.
Paramedics rushed Bennett to Kings County Hospital but was pronounced dead soon after.
No arrests were made as of Friday afternoon.
