The trio then allegedly grabbed the young boy by the waist and threw him onto the ground, leaving him unconscious, took his Air Jordan sneakers and ran away northbound on Jerome Avenue towards East Fordham Road, authorities said.

Emergency personnel took the victim to a local hospital where he was in stable condition.

Police describe the three suspects — who can be seen following the victim on surveillance video — as between 15 and 19 years old, and last seen wearing red, black and white hoodies, respectively.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
