Uber delivering ugly sweaters in New York City

Uber is ready to deck the halls in ugly sweaters.

The rideshare app, throughTipsy Elves, is deliveringugly sweaters this Thursday for free.

You can request a special Uber to deliver up to two New York City ugly sweaters on Dec.8 until 4 p.m.

Here’s how to request your ugly sweater:

• Download the latest version of the Uber app.
• Enter GIVINGNYC16to unlock the special ELVES option.
• Slide over to the ELVES option and request.
• If you’re connected with a vehicle, up to two sweaters will be delivered to your door.
