Watch a dog-walker open fire on a Harlem street

A man opened fire Monday afternoon in Harlem as he was walking two dogs.

Surveillance video captured the man walking, then pausing before shooting his gun in broad daylight. The dogs crouched down in fear as the man fired the weapon several times before leading the dogs back and running in the direction from which they came, CBS reported.

Police said that the incident happened in front of 303 East 111 St. It is unclear who the suspect was shooting at and why. There were no reports of injuries.

The suspect was described as wearing a large green jacket with a baseball gap and white headphones, according topolice. They are asking for the public’s help in locating and identifying him.
