Made with frozen rosé sorbet and topped with sparkling rosé, the Gansevoort Hotel's froséis great for cooling down on those hot summer nights in the city. As a bonus, the hotel is promoting its new drink with a Friday happy "hour" from noon to 5 p.m. when it's just $15 and served in a Frosé Friday souvenir cup.

The Colonial at Tapestry, thebuzzy new restaurant owned by Michelin-starred chef Suvir Saran, puts a unique twist on the classic champagne cocktail by swapping out the bubbly for Lambrusco, a sparkling red wine. Throw in some peach liquor, Peychaud's bitters and lemon juice, and you've got a balanced mix of sweet and sour in your glass.
