Police are looking for a man they say videotaped a woman as she undressed inside a fitting room at a Staten Island store earlier this month.


On April 1 at about 7 p.m. the 35-year-old victim was inside a dressing room at the J.C. Penney inside the State Island Mall located at 2655 Richmond Ave. when the suspect put his cellphone under the door and started to record her as she was undressing, according to cops.

The NYPD described the suspect as a white man, between 40 and 50 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 190 pounds and who was wearing a black T-shirt.
