Friday nights at Barry’s Bootcamp Noho

Barry’s Bootcamp is known for their intense workouts and this one works the entire body; be prepared to burn roughly 1,000 in one hour. You’ll be pushed to the limit in the split 30-minute treadmill/30-minute strength training workouts, but special DJ sets by DJ Matt Maggiacomo will distract you from the pain — or at least will attempt to.
