Strathmore RCMP are investigating after a teen was allegedly sexually assaulted by three males in Strathmore early yesterday morning.

RCMP Sgt. Patrick Webb said the 14-year-old girl was examined but not treated for any physical injuries after the alleged attack, believed to have occurred around 12:15 a.m. in an alley behind the Strathmore Co-Op Liquor Store.

“It’s not often you hear about something like this. We’ve got descriptions but we don’t have much else right now,” Webb said.

Webb said the alleged attack occurred when the victim was walking home. The victim didn’t know any of the suspects.

Webb said three male suspects, all between 20 to 30 years old, are described as six-feet-tall Caucasians with muscular builds, tattoos and buzzcuts.

One wore a white T-shirt with the slogan Protest the Hero.

Another suspect had tattoos covering one arm and a star tattoo on the under-side of the wrist of the opposite arm.

The suspects were seen leaving the scene with an older muscle car with faded and chipped redpaint, andsilver primer can be seen on some parts of the vehicle.
