A fourth child has come forward accusing a Coquitlam elementary school substitute teacher of sexual touching.
Aleksandr Plehanov, 35, is now charged with four counts of sexual interference against young students, said RCMP Cpl. Bert Paquet.

“This new charge relates to an Oct. 2009 incident involving a student from an elementary school of School District 43,” Paquet said.
Coquitlam RCMP began investigating Plehanov in March after the parents of a Grade 3 student called police to say their daughter claimed she was “being touched inappropriately” by her substitute teacher.
Investigators discovered two other girls from the same class had made similar allegations.
Plehanov was arrested at his Burnaby home on March 18 and has since been suspended.
His next court appearance is scheduled for June 3.
