5 face charges over stolen golf carts

Five males are facing charges after stealing three golf carts from Grandview Golf and Country Club on Friday evening.

Police said a caller witnessed four youths and one adult driving on the course just after 11 p.m. Three youths and one 18-year-old were arrested on site, and the additional male was picked up later.

All four youths will be charged with taking a motor vehicle without consent, and the adult will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on Aug. 25.
