Is Canada in that bad of a shape?

We have a country which is almost completely hunkered down on ... this notion that everyone in Canada should have more or less the same goods and services. This is my effort to put into place the arguments suggesting that that was a bad direction for us to go in.

What sort of language policy are you proposing in Canada?

I don’t like forced bilingualism. Canada had the choice of going with a territorial principle such as the Swiss have done and just have five language groups — not just two.
