Daniel Craig doesn’t like guns, femalefirst.co.uk is reporting.

The action star admits shooting holds no appeal for him, even though he fires off numerous rounds in his new film Defiance and plays trigger-happy British spy James Bond.

“I wouldn’t touch a gun in my everyday life,” he said. Craig’s co-star Liev Schreiber — who stars opposite Hugh Jackman in upcoming comic-book adaptation Wolverine — mirrored the actor’s sentiment.

“I don’t enjoy firing guns, either ... even with fake bullets,” Schreiber said.

Despite his fear of firearms, Craig has previously insisted he is never worried about performing dangerous stunts as Bond.

He said: “I’m never scared because we rehearse and rehearse. I don’t just go stand on a roof and jump off it.”
