Alana rocks new regimen

Alana Bridgewater

Alana Bridgewater, actress, plays the Killer Queen in the musical We Will Rock You, at the Canon Theatre through April 27:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I really love using Bath & Body Works products.

Q: Describe your style?

A: I wear things that fit my body, so following trends is out of the question.

As a plus-sized woman, the pickings are few. Dressing for your body shape ultimately demonstrates having good fashion sense.

Q: How do you stay in shape?

A: The show has helped me shed some pounds. I have invested in a personal trainer because I need a little push to go to the gym.

Q: What are your health-y eating habits?

A: Before starting the physical portion of weight loss, I started to cut down on my caloric intake. I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. Fibre is also a very big part of my new regimen, as well as water.

Evan Biddell

Evan Biddell, winner, inaugural season of Project Runway Canada:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I drink Happy Planets juice and take the nutritional supplement Greens Plus — they make me feel like the Energizer bunny.

Q: Describe your style?

A: Tacky … it’s the new black!

Q: What things make life easier?

A: I love to dance; it’s the only therapy that works for me. Also good for relaxing is spending time between the sheets!

Q: How do you stay in shape?

A: Bikram hot yoga, or again dancing.

Q: What are your health-y eating habits?

A: Sushi, every single day!
