A: I really love using Bath & Body Works products.

A: I wear things that fit my body, so following trends is out of the question.
As a plus-sized woman, the pickings are few. Dressing for your body shape ultimately demonstrates having good fashion sense.
Q: How do you stay in shape?
A: The show has helped me shed some pounds. I have invested in a personal trainer because I need a little push to go to the gym.
Q: What are your health-y eating habits?
A: Before starting the physical portion of weight loss, I started to cut down on my caloric intake. I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. Fibre is also a very big part of my new regimen, as well as water.

A: I love to dance; it’s the only therapy that works for me. Also good for relaxing is spending time between the sheets!

A: Bikram hot yoga, or again dancing.
