A suspect was arrested after a man stole a woman’s purse and threatened her with bear spray in Lower Sackville on Monday.
Shortly after 5 p.m., the victim was on Sackville Cross Road when she was allegedly approached by an 18-year-old male who was known to her.
He was arrested a short time later and in possession of a knife.
He faces charges of robbery and possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose.
