April’s big on Bed Head

April Matson

April Matson, actress, plays Lori Trager on KYLE XY airing on SPACE:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: Bed Head has a new shampoo called the S Factor. It smells like candy and makes my hair feel healthy and look great. I use Johnson & Johnson’s baby oil gel in lavender or aloe vera after I shave. Nothing makes me feel more moisturized.

Q: Describe your style?

A: I’m always way behind. Mostly I wear T-shirts and jeans. I can always put on a dress and feel pretty good. Accessories are the key.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: When I’m in L.A. it’s easy, my horse keeps me grounded. When I’m in Vancouver filming, I go on a long hike or take the dogs for a walk. Nature always reminds me of how small I am and how silly the world can be.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I like to hike and ride my bike, and get outside when I can. During the winter, I run on the treadmill or do yoga.

Q: What are your eating habits?

A: Every day I eat fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, grains and dairy. I try to only eat when I’m hungry and stop when I feel full.

Edwin

Edwin, singer/songwriter, his most recent album is Better Days:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: My favourite products that I frequently use are witch hazel, great for getting rid of pimples and razor burn. I really like Crest Baking Soda & Peroxide Whitening Toothpaste, and nothing is better than steam and drinking plenty of water.

Q: Describe your style?

A: My style varies from day to day, depending on my mood. Earth tones look best on me. I like to wear everything from jeans to suits but they have to be comfortable.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: Thank god I have my health. Everything else is just details.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I try to workout every second day. To stay fit all I need is my pull up bar and my two 35-pound dumbbells. I enjoy taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Q: What are your eating habits?

A: I eat almost everything edible. However, when I need to be on my best behaviour I stick to vegetables, white meat and lots of water. I find the most important rule is to not eat after 8 p.m.
