Two North Vancouver teens have been arrested for a brutal baseball-bat assault that left a man clinging to life in hospital with a head injury. The teens, 17 and 18, were arrested separately, near their homes Friday evening.

The attack occurred early that morning when a fight broke out between the teens and two men, aged 20 and 21. The victims, both members of the Squamish Nation, were taken to hospital. One of them suffered a fractured skull and a brain hemorrhage in the bat attack.
