OTTAWA - A recall has been issued for certain Aunt Jemima Frozen Pancakes because they may contain undeclared soy protein.
The recall affects Aunt Jemima Frozen Buttermilk, Home Style and Whole Grain pancakes.
The product was distributed nationally with best before dates from November 1, 2011 to October 16, 2012.
There have been no reports of illnesses related to the product and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency say it's monitoring the effectiveness of the voluntary recall by U-S based Pinnacle Foods.
