Q: What products do you use that make you look and feel good?
A: I love Clarins Eye Contour gel for bringing the bags down. I use M.A.C wipes like a crazy person. Besides getting your makeup off at night they are great for travel. For shampoos and conditioners I really like Philosophy products. I am also a sucker for Proactiv Solutions(yes, I listened to Jessica, Lindsay and Diddy).
Q: Describe your style?
A: I follow trends. Some work for me, some sounded like a good idea at the time. I try and mix high-end pieces with great jeans or a fun vintage piece. I try to splurge on things that I can get a ton of wear out of, like shoes and great handbags. And on fat days, there’s nothing better than a wrap dress with tights and boots.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: It’s a never-ending struggle not to sweat the small stuff. That being said, somebody’s “small stuff” is another person’s “medium-to-large stuff.” I just try and focus on all the amazing things I have in my life and don’t let myself get hung up on things that are out of my control.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: Depends on which month you ask. I tend to be a bit of a slacker in the winter months(because you can wear coats and big sweaters.) I have a treadmill at home so I put on a DVD series and just go for it.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I try and be really good most of the time and let myself indulge on weekends. I tend to eat little mini meals during the day. This satisfies me more and I don’t feel hungry.

A: My lifestyle wreaks havoc on my skin. If I don’t take care of my skin I will start looking old very quickly. Dermalogica nips that in the bud. I also swear by L’Oréal Paris Studio Line Party Proof Extreme Hold Gel.
Q: Describe your style?
A: If George Clooney would wear it, I’d consider it. I don’t follow any trends, but there are those that I certainly avoid. Skinny jean boy is just not me.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: Three to four visits with my trainer a week. As much cardio as possible. I bought a treadmill for my home recently.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: Breakfast is a shake with orange juice, whey protein, and greens supplement. Grilled chicken salad for lunch and dinner is always a surprise.
