Q: What products that you use make you look and feel good?

A: My routine is simple. I love Dove facial cloths with cucumber extract. They’re easy to travel with, remove dirt and makeup and make my face feel amazing. I’ve been using Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 for the past five years. I’ve been loving Olay Quench body lotion. I practically bathe in the stuff! My makeup artist uses great lines like Cargo and Estée Lauder cosmetics on me.

Q: Describe your style?

A: My style is comfortably chic with a slice of tomboy and a touch of sex. I support Canadian designers Arthur Mendonca and Izzy Camilleri. Their creations are fabulous!

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I’ve always been an athlete so I’ve always had muscle tone. I have a personal trainer. We concentrate on circuit training and weight lifting. I do pushups, lunges, step-ups, crunches and dips. Working out has become a mandatory part of my lifestyle.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I keep my metabolism charged by eating five small meals a day including my favourite foods. I never skip breakfast.

Q: What products that you use make you look and feel good?

A: Well, my first answer would be beer, but that’s not entirely true. Head & Shoulders helps get the griblies out of my hair and my lady’s Clinique face cream is real nice.

Q: Describe your style?

A: Mostly what is clean is my style. I really love a quality wool sweater and dark blue denim.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: Think about the number of people without water.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: I love to listen to records. I guess it reminds me of being younger.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: Deep knee bends.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I steam my vegetables and I eat protein before carbs.
