Halifax Regional Police have ruled out foul play in the death of a man found in a Gaston Street apartment yesterday morning.

The body was found in Dartmouth just after 6 a.m. yesterday. Police were originally treating the death as suspicious, and had a man in custody for questioning, but he was later released.

According to police, in all cases where a cause of death is not known, the matter is treated as suspicious.

A cause of death isn’t known in this case.
