After the capture of the second suspect of the Boston Marathon suspect,Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, the people of Boston cheered and celebrated the Boston Police Department as they made their way through the streets of Boston. The jubilant crowd expressed their excitement, appreciation, and relief by chanting "U-S-A" and "B-P-D" (Boston Police Department).
