<p>The Obama administration pressured airlines yesterday to more clearly disclose fees for checked bags and services and pay more when they bumping passengers booked on oversold flights — from $800 to $1,300.</p>

The Obama administration pressured airlines yesterday to more clearly disclose fees for checked bags and services and pay more when they bumping passengers booked on oversold flights — from $800 to $1,300.

“Everybody that has flown regularly has a horror story,” Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said on a conference call with reporters about a proposed regulation tightening consumer protections for air travelers.
