Sage, a 115-unit, 18-storey concrete residential tower in the Wesbrook Place neighbourhood has attracted more than 200 buyers so far.

“From the moment we began previewing, clients have been pouring in looking to put reservations on homes,” said Nancy Chen, sales manager. “And now, we can see that all this excitement has turned into strong sales.”

Two-bedroom homes start at $679,900. They feature custom Dada Italian Cabinetry with clever storage systems, environmentally friendly air-conditioning, and oversized staggered balconies.

Three-bedroom view homes were also released Oct. 3, starting at $1,049,900.

“Nowhere in UBC are there new homes of such exceptional calibre and design, complemented by the outstanding Wesbrook Place neighbourhood, which features a new Save On Foods, the soon-to-be under-construction community centre and new high school”, said Edwin Liang of developer Kenstone Properties.

Sage will begin construction in the fall of 2010. Completion is expected by late 2012.
