A passer-by found Johnson in the southeast area and called police, who treated the death as suspicious and called in homicide investigators.
Police haven’t determined a motive or whether it was a random incident, but don’t believe the homicide was either gang- or drug-related. The victim’s next of kin have been notified.
Police were expected to release more details at a news conference later Monday.
