Calgary Police are on the hunt for a second suspect after charging a teen in connection with a December murder.
The suspect is described as a black male, in his mid-to-late teens with
a slim-to-medium build wearing dark clothing. Police released the
description after arresting a 16-year-old male last Wednesday for
second-degree murder.
The teen cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
On December 11, 2008, police responded to reports in the 100 block of 7
Avenue S.W. and found two victims assaulted. Shawn Charles Chiasson,
22, died of stab wounds after paramedics transported him to hospital.
