CHICAGO - The Vancouver Canucks were eliminated from the playoff after losing 7-5 to the Chicago Blackhawks on Monday in Game 6 of their Western Conference semifinal.

Patrick Kane recorded a hat trick for Chicago, which rallied from a 5-4 deficit in the third period. Mats Sundin scored his third goal of the playoffs for Vancouver in what could be the veteran Swede's last game in the NHL.

Daniel Sedin, with two, Mason Raymond and Shane O'Brien had the Canucks' other goals.

Jonathan Toews scored twice while Kris Versteeg and Adam Burish added singles for the Blackhawks, who will await the winner of the semifinal between Anaheim and Detroit.
