Ottawa police have identified the victim in the fatal two-vehicle crash on Charlemagne Boulevard near Bottriel Way Monday.
Police said Wednesday that 51-year-old Bonnie Bergman of Ottawa was killed when her Honda Civic lost control while traveling westbound on Charlemagne Boulevard at 8:05 a.m.
The Civic entered the eastbound lane and was struck on the passenger side by an oncoming Ford Windstar.

Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The 62-year-old driver of the van and his 16-year-old male passenger both attended hospital for minor injuries.
The Ottawa Police Collision Investigation Section is continuing their investigation and is appealing to any witnesses to contact Det. Brian Dodds at 613-236-1222 ext. 2471.
