Carole King, the first woman to win a Grammy for Song of the Year, sang her hit “You’ve got a Friend” at the 2016 Democratic National Convention on Thursday.

The singer-songwriter met the Clintons in 1992 at a friend’s house, according to CNN. King said Clinton was”warm” and “smart.”
