A 27-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of a two-year-old boy in the city last month.
When police were called to a house in the 100 block of Dover Tree Place SE on March 9, they initially believed the boy had drowned. Police now say he died from blunt force trauma after the autopsy was completed.
