Jennifer Aniston keeps her trim, fit figure not by banishing certain foods from her diet but by eating in moderation and sticking with fresh food, according the starlet’s personal chefs, who were in town yesterday reminding Vancouverites to, well, eat their fibre.

The dynamic duo — sisters Jill and Jewels Elmore — said if there’s one thing we should all be eating more of, it’s fibre.

For example, they use All Bran buds to coat salmon cakes and chicken, and mix the cereal with almonds to top fruit bakes —tricks that have helped to keep Aniston looking great.

“Jen is a really amazing example of all the right things to do for your body,” Jill said. “She eats beautiful healthy food and is disciplined, but does have treats.”
