BEIJING (Reuters) - China will continue to encourage consumption by high income residents of urban areas, the country's cabinet said on Monday.
The country is seeking to meet the demand of its high-income residents for activities such as using recreational vehicles (RV) and going on cruises, the state council said in a statement on its website.
