Creating a livable space within more densely populated neighbourhoods was the inspiration behind Homes by Avi’s Aspen model right now featured in the Stonewater development in Calgary, says the company’s product development manager — who adds that you can find a similar model in the Edmonton development, Sandstone.
Michael Jacobson describes the addition of a back lane, below-grade parking entrance for each home, along with the front porch access to a park.
With the granite eating bar, an executive tile package in the bathrooms, and mosaic tile for the bathroom backsplashes and the fireplace surrounds, Jacobson said the idea is to have the 1.460 square foot two-storey Aspen appeal to the contemporary buyer.
“Because of the contemporary finish and style it definitely appeals to a younger buyer,” said Jacobson.
