A Chinese police officer received what people are saying is a minimal punishment after authorities said he grabbed a seven-month-old baby from her parents and threw her to the ground on a bet, reports say.
Guo Zengzi was allegedly bet by friends that a man holding the female baby next to his wife was a doll. Zengzi, a policeman from Linzhou, was out drinking with friends on his day off last month when they saw the couple with the baby.
