Cowboys — behind the scenes

You’ve heard the stories and maybe even experienced it for yourself, but now you have the
opportunity to find out what really happens at Cowboys night club.

Filmed over the course of 10 days during the 2008 Stampede, Cowboys television will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at what happens at the world famous nightclub during its busiest time.

“Cowboys has a mysterious mystique. Famous people, pro hockey players and Prince Harry go there,” said producer Paula Davies from Corkscrew Media. “This is an all-access at what happens inside.”

The doc-soap will feature seven employees of the bar including Cherie “Queen Bee” who is also famous for entertaining Prince Harry.

Another employee Davies mentioned was Jersey, who was flown in from Toronto to work for the 10 days and shakes things up during a bikini contest.

“I think during Stampede, everyone wants to know what happens during Stampede and it’s really unbelievable when you’re not from Calgary,” said Davies.

The show will be shown across the country in two back-to-back half-hour episodes on Citytv Friday at 9 p.m. local time.

Davies said more episodes could be order based on the response the show gets.
