CrossIron Mills traffic snarl could be sign of the future, alderman says

Traffic is a problem which is about to get worse in the city’s northeast, according to an alderman.

The opening of CrossIron Mills mall in Balzac has created a snarl of traffic heading in the area. Coupled with rapid population growth in the area over the next couple of decades, Ald. Jim Stevenson said Calgary must plan now to stop similar situations from occurring in the future.
