CTV will be calling the ByWard Market home for the next few months, but Max Keeping and company are not going back to Merivale Road.
Yesterday, Louis Douville, vice-president and general manager of CTV Ottawa, said the station will not be moving back into its longtime building after it was destroyed by fire Feb. 7.
CTV sold the property two years ago and had planned to move to a new location, said Douville.
Employees are still settling into the temporary location, sharing space with A-Channel in the Market Media Mall.
Over the next few months, Douville said they will decide whether to stay in the ByWard Market or build a new studio elsewhere in the city.
