A security guard shot a man at Washington D.C.’s Union Station following a stabbing inside the transit hub Friday afternoon.
The station was briefly evacuated after the incident, reports said, but commuters are now being let back inside.
CNN reported that the suspect was shot after allegedly stabbing his girlfriend. Both were being treated for their injuries, police said.
The investigation is still ongoing.
