A: Live lobster racing on the kitchen floor during a New Year’s Eve party.

A: Cabbage and bacon. Nanny Mad Dog made this from an old family Belgian recipe.
Q: Who is your favourite cook?
A: My wife. She always knows what to make and when.
Q: How did the first meal you prepared turn out?
A: Perfect, it was delivered in over 30 minutes, so it was free.
Q: What rituals from your background involving food do you partake in?
A: My wife and I are from the East Coast, so we always try to incorporate seafood into every holiday. For Christmas, it was seafood chowder.
