A Clayton Park woman arrested twice in a 10-hour span for impaired driving early this year has had her case held over again.

Diedra Fougere, 50, was scheduled to appear for election and plea yesterday at Halifax provincial court, but it was put over by the judge until April 15.

In February, Fougere was scheduled for election and plea, but it was held over then to yesterday.

Fougere is charged with two counts of impaired driving, one count of failing the breathalyzer and one count of refusing the breathalyzer in connection with two incidents on Jan. 5 in Halifax.

Fougere has two previous impaired driving convictions. The first was handed down in New Glasgow in October 1990, and the second in Port Hawkesbury in March 2002.
